Courses which run through the school year
Welcome to Alban TSA
We work with all of our Alliance partners to provide a range of professional learning opportunities for those working in all areas of education.
Our programmes include:
- Full-day, half-day, or twilight sessions
- Peer-to-peer networking events
- School Immersion - spend time immersed in a faculty, year group, or leadership team and get a real ‘day in the life’ experience of an area you might be aspiring to move into
Our on-going programmes start in the Autumn Term each year and include:
- Middle leadership development
- Coaching for leaders
- Developing practice (Improving Teacher Programme and good to outstanding)
- ‘New to’ support for those taking on new responsibilities (pastoral or curriculum leadership, leadership roles, form tutor etc.)
Alongside these a series of one-off events are run each term, providing professional development, support and a networking opportunity for staff at a subject level and beyond.
