To supplement your Early Career Framework we offer expert Subject and Curriculum Development Training for our Year 2 ECTs. This will take place during the Spring Term and we will make contact with you at the right time to outline the opportunities available to you.

Secondary Subject and Curriculum Development Training Year 2 ECTs
In conjunction with Alban Education we hosted a series of CPD enhancement training opportunities in:
- Art
- Business and Economics
- Computing
- English
- History
- Mathematics
- Science
- MFL
- Physical Education
- PRE
The ECTs that joined us were full of praise and support not only for the model of delivery, which saw them spend their morning enhancing their subject knowledge and then completing their ECF training in the afternoon, but the opportunity it gave them to collaborate and network with their peers. Many of whom have now decided to visit one another in the second term as part of their ECF school visits.
