Initial Teacher Training
Alban Federation is the accredited provider (SCITT) working with the Alban TSH for Initial Teacher Training delivery.
Founded in 2004, Alban Federation works in partnership with Alban TSH schools in St Albans, Harpenden and across the county.
Our schools are fantastic places to train, work and learn. They provide a unique school-based learning opportunity and all partnership schools endeavour to create an environment in which staff, pupils and trainee teachers alike feel valued and supported. Our teachers are excellent practitioners and are eager to share their skills, knowledge and practice with the next generation of teachers.
Alban Federation offers both School Direct Salaried and School Direct Tuition Fee places in subjects across the curriculum
