The TSHs in Hertfordshire support any colleague to attend either of the coaching opportunities below fully funded.
Fully-funded Return to Work workshops
Colleagues returning from a period of maternity, adoption or shared parental leave this term can enjoy a fully-funded place on The MTPT Project’s Return to Work workshop. This 90 minute virtual workshop will inform you of your legal entitlements and the best practice you can expect from your school, as well as a powerful space to set boundaries and get your emotional and logistical ducks in a row before you go back.

Fully-funded group coaching for colleagues on parental leave
Colleagues currently on a period of maternity, adoption or shared parental leave can enjoy a fully-funded place on the Spring cohort of The MTPT Project’s group coaching programme. This three-month programme takes place online in small groups of 8-15 participants, and explores themes of change, identity, confidence and plans for the future.

- Sustain and Grow group coaching for parent-teachers back at work: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/cc/sustain-and-grow-group-coaching-3463389 These cohorts start in the week beginning 16/09 so depending on the date of your briefing, we might be too late for the full programme pass, but we offer a flexi pass for participants wishing to attend four out of six sessions (i.e. begin in October / November).
