I have worked for the Alban TSH for the last two years as a senior appropriate body member. I am an experienced online and face-to-face facilitator for the Early Career Framework. Prior to the Alban TSH, I led NQT training and development, and school led initial teacher training for a large teaching school for several years. I have facilitated leadership development for the NPQSL and the NPQML qualifications and I am a trained instructional coach. I am experienced in leading change and developing teachers and leaders at all levels through my work as a Senior Leader of Education, with a particular interest in curriculum development. I achieved my NPQH in 2018 and currently work at a St Albans school as a deputy head teacher.
