Meet the facilitator
Elena Dundjerovic
Elena has over 20 years’ experience of teaching PE, IT and Economics and Business in secondary schools and has a wide range of experience in school leadership including Head of Year 7-9, Assistant Head of 6th Form and Assistant Headteacher. Prior to this, Elena worked in the health and fitness industry as a personal trainer and marketing manager.
Elena has a strong passion for developing and inspiring others and leads the CPD programme at her current school. She is also a Therapeutic Thinking tutor and facilitator for the NPQ Leading Behaviour and Culture. She is highly experienced in working alongside others and supporting them to identify and address issues in their own settings.
Elena is well known for her dedication, professionalism and enthusiasm in developing others to be the very best they can be. Due to her experience in both pastoral and curriculum, she is well placed to provide detailed and balanced advice to accelerate student welfare and outcomes.
