Natalie has a strong reputation for devising and delivering directly relevant professional development training to a wide range of both primary and secondary schools, across the UK. She is a national facilitator for the NPQLL (Leading Literacy) as well as being an NPQLL Mentor for teachers working, nationally, across all settings such as primary, secondary, special and alternative provision. She believes that outstanding leaders must also be learners, and she is passionate about keeping abreast of emerging research and educational developments.
