
Alban Education are working in partnership with Thrive to provide the Thrive Wellbeing Specialist Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Level 5 | The Thrive Approach
Equivalent to a foundation degree, this work-based, dual-qualification training programme is ideal for teaching assistants with at least one year’s experience who are looking to advance their careers, take on more responsibility, and build expertise in social and emotional support for children and young people.
Suitable job roles may include; teaching assistants, attendance mentors, behaviour leads, higher level teaching assistants, social and emotional wellbeing teaching assistants, specialist learning assistants, specialist learning support and other support roles in a classroom environment.
