In this twilight participants will:
- Understand the role and responsibilities of a Deputy Headteacher
- Receive practical, ‘tried and tested’ interview strategies
- Discuss applications for senior leadership positions
Meet the facilitator
Dr Caroline Creaby, Deputy Headteacher at Sandringham School
Caroline is an economics teacher and has taught in Hertfordshire schools for nearly 20 years. As a school leader, Caroline has led on several strategic areas including curriculum, teaching and learning and teacher professional learning. She is committed to research use in education, gained her education doctorate in 2016, has led a trial for the EEF, has been a national Research School Director and authored several articles and chapters on research use in education.
