As a continuation of the ECT subject specific enhancement programme delivered last year we are keen to provide a one-off session for year 2 ECTs. We will then provide details of a subject specific network you can join across our region to give you the opportunity to stay in touch with other like subject colleagues. This training is open to all ECTs regardless of their ECF provider.

Areas of Focus
This one-off subject specific session will look at some key design and technology principles and design methods. Delegates will be offered an opportunity to explore and unpick what outstanding teaching practice looks like within the subject. The session will also offer an insight into the most up to date design and technology education research and opportunities. We will explore how to build on the ECF specifically in the context of design and technology.
