
We are keen to ensure that all Early Career teachers have the opportunity to develop networks of subject specific enhancement to supplement their work on the Early Career Framework. This training is open to all ECTs regardless of their ECF provider; we aim to be able to provide strong subject specific networks across our region.
The subject specific enhancement sessions for History will take place as detailed below. The method of delivery will be face-to-face at St Albans Girls’ School where possible. Virtual meetings may be used and this will be confirmed prior to each session.

Rachel Cardani – Curriculum Leader of History & Teacher of History and Politics, St Albans Girls’ School
Rachel has a firm commitment to raising standards of teaching and learning. As Curriculum Leader, she is convinced of the essential nature of collaboration and the sharing of good practice amongst colleagues. Rachel has been an Olevi facilitator since 2015 for the Improving Teacher Programme and Outstanding Teacher Programme, including the ‘Power of Coaching’ element.
