Lily Pratt – Lead Learning Supervisor, Sandringham School

Lily is the lead learning supervisor at Sandringham school and has held this post for nearly 4 years.

She believes cover supervisors play a vital role in guaranteeing that learning takes place in the absence of the class teacher by creating a continuity that ensures the lesson has meaning and allows for student progression.
